Terms of service

The service

SheetFit converts coach-selected spreadsheet content into private workout links, records client activity, and can synchronize logs back to Google Sheets. You retain ownership of your methods, spreadsheets, branding, and submitted content. You grant SheetFit the limited rights needed to host, transform, synchronize, and display that content for your use of the service.

Your responsibilities

• Use accurate account information and protect credentials and private client links.
• Obtain a lawful basis for client data and provide any notices or consents required in your jurisdiction.
• Do not use SheetFit for emergency, diagnostic, or medical decision-making or upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing material.
• Review generated workout views and synced data. SheetFit is operational software, not professional medical advice.

Plans and payment

Paid plans renew monthly through Stripe at the displayed price plus applicable tax. Trials last 14 days unless a checkout states otherwise. You may cancel through the billing portal; access continues through the paid period. If a plan becomes past due or over its client limit, affected data remains available in read-only form and is not deleted.

Availability and changes

We work to keep SheetFit reliable but do not promise uninterrupted operation. Google, Stripe, Firebase, email, and hosting services can experience outages. We may change features or terms when reasonably necessary and will give material notice where required.

Warranty and liability

To the extent permitted by law, SheetFit is provided “as is.” We exclude implied warranties and indirect, special, incidental, and consequential damages. Aggregate liability arising from the service will not exceed the fees paid for SheetFit in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Ending use

You may export and delete your account at any time. We may suspend access for material breach, security risk, abuse, or non-payment, with notice where practicable. Provisions that logically survive termination—including ownership, payment, disclaimers, and liability—continue.
